2.1 Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3.2 Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner during the entire duration of the limousine service.

4. Vehicle Damage and Cleanliness

4.1 Any damage caused to the limousine by passengers will be the financial responsibility of the person or group making the reservation.

4.2 Excessive cleaning fees may be applied if the limousine is left in an unsatisfactory condition.

5. Changes to Reservations

5.1 Changes to reservations, including but not limited to date, time, or vehicle type, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Liability

6.1 LA Golden Limousine Inc is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss resulting from the use of our services.

6.2 Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. LA Golden Limousine Inc is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

7.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.
